"Really liked the van, especially the little extras"
I might be a bit biased because I love when a van is already set up with the practical stuff, but this one worked really well for us. The kitchen gear was super handy, and the chargers were a big plus. Made the whole trip feel easier.

We hired a Jucy van for a few days it was just what you’d hope for. It was clean when we picked it up, didn’t have any odd smells, and all the basics inside worked the way they should.
There were a few little marks on the outside, but nothing you wouldn’t expect from a rental van, and it didn’t affect the trip at all. It drove well the whole time and felt reliable, which is really the main thing. I’d be happy to use them again.

I booked a camper through jucy.com, and it all went through fine in the end. The prices were clear, but I did have to click around a bit, to figure out what was included, and what counted as an extra.
The payment confirmation came through quickly, which was nice. The site was a little slow on my phone though, and I wasn’t totally sure, at first, whether all my add-ons had saved properly. Overall, not bad, just not the smoothest booking experience

"As someone who always worries about hidden fees..."
As someone who always worries about hidden fees and deposit issues, I was relieved. The insurance part was easy to sort out, and my deposit came back without any drama. Smooth experience overall.

"Support Came Through Right When I Needed Them"
I was bracing myself for a whole ordeal, but support jumped in fast and made everything so easy. Super nice, no hassle, and the problem was handled before it had a chance to turn into a disaster.

"Good trip, but the van could’ve been cleaner"
We had a decent trip with jucy overall. The campervan did the job and got us where we needed to go, so no major complaints there. But when we first picked it up, it just didn’t feel as clean as we expected. There were crumbs on the seats, and the sink looked like it could’ve used another wipe-down. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just one of those little things that makes the start of the trip feel less fresh. Still had a good time, but I’d hoped for a cleaner van.

"Pretty good deal for the price"
I wasn’t expecting much, but it ended up being worth it. For what you pay, it’s a solid buy, and that part was kind of a nice surprise...

"Easy pickup, drop-off was okay"
Pickup was super quick, no hassle at all. Drop-off was fine too, just had to wait a little longer than I expected, but nothing too bad.
